INJUSTICE FOR ALL...SUMMARY MIS JUDGMENT
Could the dismissal of virtually every copyright case bought against major networks/studios (for a specific 20 year period), denying citizens their 7th Amendment Constitutional right to an UNBIASED jury trial, be considered Justice...for All?
Esteemed Beverly Hills Attorney Steven T. Lowe statistically justified the allegations of Injustice...For All when he researched and documented that, in the 20 years prior to his research, approximately 96% of all copyright infringement cases filed against major networks and studios, in two of the biggest judicial circuits (NY & CA) NEVER WENT TO TRIAL.
These dismissals were handed down despite "overwhelming similarities" including titles, characters, themes etc. https://youtu.be/4p-f6LQnbpc
Dismissal of 46/48 cases on Summary Judgment motions virtually stated that, if permitted to go to trial, NONE of these cases could have won if permitted to go to trial: essentially stating that allowing these cases to go to trial would be a waste of the courts' time as there were no material/important issues to try.
Is it reasonable or, more importantly, legal, that NONE of these cases could have won?
The fundamental problem with such results is that Summary Judgment is supposed to be a DISFAVORED REMEDY!
Blatant and unconstitutional favor against working class citizens & entrepreneurs, during these proceedings, eventually leading to judicial favor, has destroyed our small businesses, some home lives and the health of many Independent/Artists.
This documentary examines details/legal issues surrounding the systemic denial of our Seventh Amendment Constitutional right to an unbiased jury trial of our peers.
Here you will witness details surrounding 5 internationally recognized/multi-million/billion dollar projects whose works were alleged to have been stolen and each case dismissed, we allege, illegally, on Summary Judgment.
Please support our continued fight to stop the alleged systemic and judicially sponsored and approved stealing of our Intellectual Property..In the Name of the Law.
